ZEIT ONLINE: Wie ist Ihr Verhältnis zur Gegenwartsmusik? Argerich: Ich habe kein so enges Verhältnis zur Gegenwartsmusik. Ein wenig zu Olivier Messiaen, aber er ist ja nun auch schon seit fast 20 Jahren tot. Rodion Schtschedrin ist der erste, durch den ich mit der Gegenwartsmusik in engeren Kontakt komme.
